My first impression as well but she blinks around the two and half minute mark and if you slide the time bar along she slouches. Of course the video is so minimal it begs the question if it was really meant to be watched or if it is some sort of commentary on the form of music video itself.

Sam Taylor Wood did a commission for the National Portrait Gallery of David Beckham sleeping as a video portrait (in a frame on the wall). Can't see it very clearly small but there's no way she can hold a pose like that for so long, and the cigarette burning like that without lessening. The blinks are keyed in like the cigarette smoke. It's just part of her art, nothing much new. I want to like her work more but I think she's the lesser artist of out the Frieze lot. Still, I enjoyed her cover; I actually bought 2 copies of each version all the way from Germany; probably just because of the PSB song. I wouldn't read too much into it as a commentary on the MV form. She's very much a 'pop' artist.
